Protection of personal data

According to the Personal Data Act, your personal data must be stored securely and confidentially. We store your personal data on computers with restricted access, located in controlled facilities. Our security measures are regularly checked to ensure that our user data is handled properly and with due regard for your rights as a user. However, we cannot guarantee 100% security for data transfers over the internet. This means there may be a risk that unauthorized parties gain access to data when it is transmitted and stored electronically. You provide your personal information at your own risk.

Personal data is deleted or anonymized as the purpose for which it was collected is completed. Personal data is stored for a maximum of 12 months after use.

The rapid development of the internet means that changes to our processing of personal data may be necessary. Therefore, we reserve the right to update and modify these privacy guidelines. If we do, we will of course update the "last updated" date at the bottom of the page. In the case of significant changes, we will notify you with a visible message on our website.

Your rights

To the extent that personal data about you is processed, you have the right, under the Personal Data Act, to be informed of which personal data can be attributed to you. If it turns out that the information or data being processed about you is incorrect or misleading, you have the right to have it corrected, deleted, or blocked. You can always object to the processing of your information. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. You have the right to file a complaint about the processing of your data to the Danish Data Protection Agency, as per section 58, subsection 1 of the Personal Data Act.
